Nina G. Lytton

Nina Lytton has spent 20 years analyzing major issues in applying technology to business. She provides advice on clients' most pressing issues in light of business, market and technical realities.

For technology user corporations, Lytton provides a confidential sounding board for executive teams making major decisions about IT investments. For technology vendors, Lytton conducts due diligence on emerging markets, and provides advice on strategy, positioning and messaging. Lytton works with VCs helping portfolio companies find the most promising avenues to market. A frequent speaker, she educates and aligns audiences at technology user and vendor corporations.

Lytton is the research director for the Crossroads A-List Awards, recognizing the best newly proven IT solutions delivering value to business today. In connection with the Crossroads A-List research, she interviews hundreds of customers a year.

Prior to founding OSA in 1989, Lytton spent four years with The Yankee Group, where she was director of the Manufacturing Automation Planning Service, focused on the end-to-end flow of information and materials through the value chain.

Before she joined The Yankee Group, Lytton worked in product management for a PC software firm. She began her career on Wall Street, and subsequently worked in commercial lending.

Lytton holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Princeton University and a master's degree in management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
