NonStop Systems Certification
The NonStop Systems Certification is a designation within the HP Certified Professional program. The certification levels are based on a series of technical exams that demonstrate a technical expertise on the HP NonStop system. This track includes several exam overview sessions for experienced HP NonStop system professionals. The sessions are designed to give participants a chance to ask questions about the published competencies that are tested in first-level exams. These sessions will be made available at no charge to ITUG 2006 Summit attendees. Follow up your exam overview session by taking a certification exam, compliments of HP and ITUG, in the onsite testing center.

HP Certified Professional Program will be offering free Certification Testing on site in San Jose. Testing will be available in Room L at the San Jose Convention Center and testing will be open during ITUG Summit Hours.

NonStop Education Update

This session is intended to update customers, partners and internal organizations on the new structures, processes and procedures that are now part of the Education and Training Center for NonStop training. We will show the progress and milestones that have been reached in our new partnerships with HP Education Services, HP Learning Development and the HP Center for Excellence in Training and Development. This session is intended to provide you with up to date information about how you can maximize your HP NonStop Learning Experiences in your own environment at your own time. Don't miss this informative session as there will be specific updates pertaining to EMEA, APJ and the Americas. We also have information on the new websites, the migration of the NonStop University, enrollment procedures, tracking systems, and ti-ins to certification that you will be interested in knowing about.

NonStop Certified Professional Program Update

Join the HP Certified Professional Team to learn about the specific benefits all HP Certified Professionals are entitled to. This session will review all certification benefits as well as the NonStop specific tools. In addition, a demonstration of the new web portal tool, CertPro, will be provided. This is an excellent session for certified individuals to help understand how to tie into the HP Certified Professional program, and fully utilizing your NonStop Systems certification benefits.

NonStop Certified - Kernel Exam Prep Session

This session is for those who are ready working on completing the AIS or ASE designation, but are having a hard time with the OS specific exams like the Kernel Basic and Kernel Advanced (HP0-660, HP0-760). This session will give you a good look into preparing for these two mandatory exams. Take away practice tests, review exam preparation guides (EPGs) and ask related questions to NonStop professionals who have already obtained these credentials and/or helped develop the exams.  Don't be left behind. Realize your goal of becoming a certified NonStop AIS or ASE at ITUG and find out how you can benefit from becoming part of the HP Certified Professional community. Become a Nonstop Certified Application Devleoper (CSD) at ITUG!

This brand new session is for those who are ready to “bite the bullet" and become a NonStop Certified Application Developer under the HP Certified System Developer (CSD) track. Instead of focusing on preparing for one exam, this session will give you a glimpse into preparing for all three exams, especially the two mandatory exams (HP0-787 and HP0-664). Take away practice tests, review exam preparation guides (EPGs) and ask related questions to NonStop professionals who have already obtained this credential and/or helped develop the exams.  Don't be left behind.
